What is xPersonel?
xPersonel is a workforce tracking (time and attendance) system that records check-ins with QR codes and GPS verification and combines leave, shifts, overtime, advances and payroll in one system. It consists of a web dashboard and an iOS/Android app.
Do I need a fingerprint or card reader?
No. Staff check in by scanning the QR code at the workplace with their phone while their location is verified. There's no extra hardware cost.
Is the employee's location tracked all the time?
No. Location is checked only at check-in and check-out to confirm the person is at the workplace. Processing personal data should follow local data protection law (KVKK in Türkiye) with proper notices and consent; we guide you through this during setup.
Can I manage multiple branches or companies?
Yes. xPersonel is multi-tenant; branches, departments and authorised managers can be defined separately.
How is pay calculated?
Attendance data is combined with your working rules, leave, overtime, advances and late deductions to create a payroll draft for each period. You review and approve it, and employees see their own pay details in the app.
