KVKK Privacy Notice

Data controller

Personal data we process

The name, company name, email address, phone number, services of interest, budget and timeline preferences and message content you send us through the contact and quote forms.

Purposes

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, manage contract processes and meet our legal obligations.

Legal basis and collection

Your data is collected electronically when you fill in a form and send it by email, and is processed on the legal bases in Article 5 of KVKK of "being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller".

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with our email and hosting providers and with legally authorised authorities. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know who it has been transferred to, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, and object to processing.
