Why should your organisation work with us?
A corporate website or software product is not a few weeks of work; it is an asset that has to live for years. So this page does not claim we are the best — it states how we work, what we hand over and what stays yours. All of it goes into the contract the same way.
Every item below appears in the offer, line by line. If we cannot do one of them, we say so upfront.
Mallow Studio does not use templates on corporate projects. The source code, design files and domain belong to the client. Performance, accessibility and security are measured and reported on delivery, and post-launch support is agreed in writing.
Custom code, not a template
We do not use off-the-shelf themes or page builders. The site ships with only the code it needs, which means less maintenance, a smaller security surface and an easier handover. When WordPress is the right tool, we say that too.
Performance measured on delivery
We hand over Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) measurements at delivery. Targets are agreed at the start of the project, and the report is part of the handover package.
You own content and sources
The domain is registered in your name. Design source files, site source code, content and all account access transfer to you at delivery. Details on the “Handover and ownership” page.
Accessibility
Keyboard navigation, focus visibility, heading structure, image alt text and contrast ratios are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA. The checklist is shared at delivery.
Security
Static publishing keeps the attack surface small. When an admin panel is needed, it comes with security headers, a session policy, backups and an update plan. Form data is processed under the published privacy notice.
Long-term support
Launch day is not the end. Support channels, response targets, backup and update scope are written into the offer. You can sign a maintenance agreement or run the site with your own team.
Off-the-shelf theme vs. hand-coded site
| Topic | Off-the-shelf theme | Mallow approach |
|---|---|---|
| Maintenance | Theme + plugin updates, compatibility risk | Few dependencies; limited update needs |
| Speed | Ships unused code and plugin weight | Only the code that is needed |
| Ownership | Tied to licensed themes and plugins | Source code and design files are yours |
| Customisation | As far as the theme allows | As far as the design requires |
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee a position in search results or visibility in AI answers. We build the technical foundation with measurable items; ranking is decided by the search engine.
- We do not put results we cannot verify (“+300% conversions”) into case studies. Every result we publish states its measurement source.
- We never use a client's name, logo or screenshots without written permission.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you recommend a hand-coded site over WordPress?
For a high-volume, multi-author publication WordPress can be the right tool, and we will tell you so. For corporate sites, a theme-plus-plugin stack adds speed and security debt over time. A hand-coded site carries only the code you need; if content changes often, we add a CMS.
You are a small team — is there a continuity risk?
That is exactly why the handover creates no lock-in: the source code is yours, the domain and hosting sit in your accounts, and documentation is part of the package. If you continue with another team tomorrow, they can pick it up.
Do you work outside Ankara?
Yes. We are based in Ankara and meet online or in person by appointment. Delivery runs remotely, and on site when needed.
