We rebuild your WordPress site in code, exactly.

You have a working WordPress site, but it loads slowly, demands plugin updates every month, and even a small change means wrestling with theme files. If you don't want to redesign, keeping the design and changing the foundation is the fastest fix.

We inventory your existing site page by page and rebuild the same look in hand-written code. We reduce migration risk with URL mapping, redirects and content checks, then monitor indexing and organic traffic after launch. Rankings may fluctuate during a migration. If you want to manage content yourself, we add a headless CMS such as Payload.

In short

Mallow Studio migrates existing WordPress sites to hand-written code or Next.js while preserving their look and URL structure. Plugin dependency and security-update load disappear, load times drop noticeably and search rankings are preserved.

  • Same design, same URLs
  • No more plugin and theme dependency
  • Load time drops noticeably
  • Optional headless CMS for editing

Why

Getting free of plugin bloat

Less code, smaller attack surface

A typical WordPress site loads dozens of plugins — each one an extra request, an extra vulnerability and an extra update. A coded site contains only the code you need.

  • No more plugin and theme update cycles
  • A far smaller attack surface
  • Hosting costs usually drop

How

Without losing your rankings

URLs preserved exactly

The biggest fear in a migration is losing search rankings. We prevent it by preserving the URL structure exactly, setting 301 redirects where change is unavoidable, and measuring before and after.

  • Full page inventory before migration
  • 301 redirect map
  • Four weeks of ranking monitoring after launch

Frequently asked questions

Will my site look exactly the same?

Yes, that's the goal. We preserve the design as it is; we can also make small improvements during migration, but that's a separate decision.

Will my rankings drop?

Because we preserve the URL structure and set 301 redirects where needed, the expected impact is neutral. Since speed improves, the medium-term effect is usually positive. We monitor rankings for four weeks after launch.

Can I still edit content myself?

Yes. For sites whose content changes often we set up a headless CMS such as Payload so you can edit blog posts, products and page copy from a dashboard.

Can my WooCommerce store be migrated too?

It can, but it needs separate assessment. Depending on product count and payment/shipping integrations, we either propose a headless commerce stack or leave the store in place and migrate the corporate pages.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on page count. Corporate sites of 10–20 pages are usually done within a few weeks; large multilingual sites are migrated in phases.
