We are based in Ankara. We meet online or in person by appointment, including at your office. Delivery runs remotely, and on site when needed.

You do. The domain is registered in your name; design sources, site source code, content and account access transfer to you at delivery. See the “Handover and ownership” page.

For sites whose content changes often we set up a CMS and create an administrator account for you. For sites that change rarely we handle updates instead. We decide which fits during the discovery call.

By default we do the first content load: we place the copy and images you provide into the page structure. Copywriting, photography or bulk product entry are shown as separate line items in the offer.

During the warranty period stated in the offer, defects in our work are fixed at no cost. After that we offer monthly or annual maintenance — see “Support and maintenance”.

Forms collect only the fields we need and require explicit consent to the privacy notice before submission. Where data is processed, how long it is kept and who it is shared with are stated in the notice. If your organisation requires a data processing agreement, we sign one.

Fixed scope, fixed price: after the discovery call we put the page/screen list, deliverables and schedule in writing. If scope changes, the difference is offered separately for your approval.

Yes. The offer itemises scope, deliverables, schedule, payment plan and warranty period, and we can prepare it in your organisation's template.

It depends on the number of pages and whether content is ready. Single-language sites of 5–10 pages usually take a few weeks; larger multilingual sites are delivered in phases. We share a clear timeline after the discovery call.

WordPress is the right tool for some projects, but themes and plugins slow a site down over time and bring constant security updates. A hand-coded site contains only the code you need, so it loads faster, has a smaller attack surface and runs for years with little maintenance.

Technical fixes can show results within a few weeks; growth driven by content and authority usually becomes clear within 3–6 months. In highly competitive searches it can take longer.

No. Nobody can guarantee Google rankings, and we'd advise you to avoid anyone who does. We set measurable goals (visibility, clicks, conversions) and report on them transparently.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is optimisation work that aims to have your content used as a source — and your brand described accurately — in generative AI answers such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI overviews.

No, it builds on it. AI systems are largely fed by well-crawled, trustworthy, well-structured web pages. Without solid SEO foundations, GEO work stays weak.

They're the three metrics Google uses to measure page experience: LCP (largest content load time, good is under 2.5 s), INP (responsiveness to interactions, good is under 200 ms) and CLS (visual stability, good is under 0.1).

In most cases the current site can be improved significantly. After the audit we present both options with their costs: optimising the current setup or moving to a lighter one.

It depends on click costs in your industry and how many customers you want. During discovery we review keyword costs and recommend a test budget large enough to gather meaningful data, then scale what works based on the numbers.

No. Ad spend is charged directly to your own Google Ads account and card. We invoice our management fee separately, and the account and its data always remain yours.

It depends on your audience. Instagram and TikTok usually work well for consumer products and services, LinkedIn for B2B services, and Meta's full network for broad reach. During discovery we work out where your target customers spend their time.

Yes. We produce vertical ad videos, carousels and image ads in our own studio; if product photography is needed, we plan the shoot together.

After the script and storyboard are approved, the first cut of a 20–30 second product film is usually ready within a few working days. Revisions and other language or format versions move quickly because of our pipeline.

For fast testing and variations we use high-quality neural voice-over. For the final broadcast version we can also arrange a recording with a professional voice actor.
