xPersonel

xPersonel started with the question every owner of a field or workshop team asks each morning: who's in, who's missing, who's late? Paper sign-in sheets and card readers answered that question only at the end of the month — with errors.

We designed and built the whole system ourselves: the employee's mobile app, the owner's web dashboard, the multi-tenant backend and the product's ad film. Check-in data combines with leave, overtime, advances and deductions and flows straight into payroll.

Check-ins were kept in different places, leave requests got lost in messages, and overtime and advances were calculated by hand at month-end. Every payroll cycle meant disputes and corrections.

Solution

One system, two interfaces

Staff on their phones, owners on the dashboard

Staff check in by scanning the QR code at the workplace, and their location is verified. Leave, advance and equipment requests are sent from the app. The owner's dashboard shows the whole day and gathers pending approvals into one list.

Attendance data combines with leave, overtime, advances and late deductions to create a draft payroll automatically. At month-end the owner just reviews and approves.
